Our PA project provides insight and analysis of an existing product and roadmap to improve customer acquisition, adoption or retention. In Phase 1 we conduct a high level buyer experience review, basic product gap analysis, interview 5-10 current employees or customers and identify current and future market landscape concerns. In Phase 2 we come onsite for a facilitated strategy session – discussing various product directions, growth/revenue strategies, market challenges, technical limitations and pros/cons of roadmap variation options to help achieve the goal.
